The Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival is back in Southern California for its third consecutive year. The festival brings together some of the most celebrated culinary talent in the country for a four day event that takes place in various areas of Los Angeles. The festivities offer guests a chance to sample the cuisines and specialized products of the most prominent leaders of their industry. The entire event caters to nearly all of the human senses by also hosting the entertainment industry’s biggest talents during the live culinary demonstrations, wine and spirit tastings, book signings and many more.
The first annual Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival took place in 2011 and brought in over 15,000 attendees to witness and taste firsthand food from140 celebrity chefs and almost 300 wineries. Hollywood celebrities filled the event lineup, such as Kathy Griffin and Randy Jackson. The entire five-day event raised $400,000 to support St. Vincent Meals on Wheels.
This year’s festival will take place August 22 through August 25, and will spread its events between Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Learn more about the festival and all the events that will be taking place later this month here: www.lafw.com.
