HPC COVID-19 Guidelines

Staying safe
  • Tenants and guests are required to wear face masks when entering Hollywood Production Center.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Stay home when you are not feeling well.
  • Keep your distance. Stay six feet away from others.
  • Do not touch your face- especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • HPC and its employees are practicing the above as well as practicing the following:
  • Maintenance staff is wiping down entrance doors every 30 minutes.
  • Restrooms door handles are being sanitized every 30 minutes and restrooms are cleaned every 45 minutes.
  • We have removed all floss picks from restrooms.
  • We have removed the candy bowls from our lobby areas.
  • We have removed magazines from the front desk and waiting areas.
  • Valet staff will be wearing gloves when operating your vehicle.
  • There are wash stations set up outside for tenant and HPC employee use.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building.
  • We have eliminated some seating in common areas and have minimized seating in the patio areas.
  • We have upgraded our Air Conditioning units with two new systems. We are now using MERV 11 Filters as well as UV Sanitization Filters. MERV Filters catch particles in the air while the UV Light Filter kills bacteria in the return vent.
  • Hollywood Production Center (“HPC”) will clean and disinfect community areas, restrooms, offices (with the exclusion of wiping down desk surfaces) and all other common areas at all Hollywood Production Center buildings as needed.
  • HPC’s cleaning and disinfecting protocols will include daytime cleaning and evening cleaning. Daytime cleaning includes: Sanitizing main doors every thirty minutes, sanitizing doorknobs and handles every thirty minutes, cleaning restrooms every forty-five minutes, removing trash from suites as needed. In the evening, offices will be swept, vacuumed and trash will be removed.
  • Door knobs and light switches will be sanitized. Suites that include kitchens will have floors swept, mopped, and trash will be removed. Additionally, kitchen counters, front surfaces of microwaves and refrigerators will be wiped down.
  • Tenant and productions are responsible for the sanitization of desks, phones, chair arms and any work station countertops.
  • Physical (social) distancing and the proper wearing of face coverings shall be required at all times in common areas, restrooms and hallways. The tenant and production must enforce the wearing and use of PPE within their suites.
  • Regular handwashing also shall be required throughout the workday. Multiple hand sanitizer stations are provided in common areas, as well as in restrooms, with plenty of soap for handwashing.
  • HPC will have unlimited PPE for its staff, vendors and visitors (both HPC and tenant visitors) with some to limited PPE for its tenants. HPC is requiring that all tenants and productions provide their staff and crew PPE.
  • All food deliveries must be picked up outside the main lobby entrance double doors.
  • Visitors arriving at the establishment are reminded to wear a face covering at all times (except while eating or drinking, if applicable) while in the establishment or on the grounds of the establishment. This applies to all adults and to children 2 years of age and older. Only individuals who have been instructed not to wear a face covering by their medical provider are exempt from wearing one. To support the safety of your employees and other visitors, a face covering should be made available to visitors who arrive without them.
