Beyonce and Jay-Z ‘On The Run’ Tour Announced

Beyonce and Jay-Z fans rejoice. The Carters have announced their On The Run tour to take place this summer. The duo will be doing a 16-date stadium tour, which is set to kick off in Miami on June 25 and finish in San Francisco on August 5. The tour will be stopping in Los Angeles as their second to last date, which will take place on August 2nd at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is also said that there are tentative plans to take the tour to Europe.

This will be Beyonce and Jay-Z’s first tour together. Jay wrapped up his Magna Carter tour (with Justin Timberlake) earlier this year. Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter tour finished up in March.

The couple got married in 2008 and has since had a beautiful baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter. Beyonce did the unexpected last year when she dropped her self-titled album without any prior promotion. The visual album came with a music video for every song, which became her 5th consecutive number-one album in the US. Jay-Z and Beyonce also appeared at weekend one of Coachella this year, Jay-Z joining Nas’ set, and Beyonce with her sister Solange.
