The Hollywood Production Center opened its doors to Hollywood on Thursday, June 27th. This is the Hollywood Production Center’s 4th building, two located in Hollywood and two in Glendale. The new two-story building located at 6350 Santa Monica Blvd is 31,000 square feet and has over 100 office spaces. The building has a conference room available for tenants to use, as well as a gym. There is a café onsite that will be run by Brasil Kiss, and there will be a variety of lunch trucks Monday through Friday. There are upstairs and downstairs patios that provide a space to have monthly mixers for the building. Like all HPC buildings, it is dog-friendly. Current tenants include MetaTV, Syfy’s television series Defiance, and The CW’s Star-Crossed.
The Hollywood Production Center opened its first building in 2001 in the heart of Hollywood.
