Since 2001, the Hollywood Production Center, located in Southern California, has provided a home for the entertainment industry and professionals. The Production Center has four locations, PC1, PC2, PC3 and PC4, located in Hollywood and Glendale and are near Griffith Park CA. Glendale also offers a new soundstage. Each of these locations provides welcoming turnkey facilities when you are ready to move.
PC1, located at 1149 North Gower St. Hollywood and is close to the Sunset Gower Studios and the Raleigh Studios.
PC2, located at 121 W. Lexington Dr, Glendale offers six floors including a basement level, with room sizes, which are perfect for fully furnished office space for the executive suite office. The office building is also attractive for fashion consultants, talent agencies, attorneys, PR companies, and real estate agencies.
PC3, located at 225 E. Broadway, Glendale offers three floors and a basement level. There is a feeling of both privacy and openness with and private entrances, balconies, and skylights.
PC4, located at 6350 Santa Monica, Hollywood, is spacious with 31,000 square feet and over 100 office spaces. The large conference room is ideal for board meetings and professional gatherings. A gym is available for tenants. This attractive building includes a café. Monday through Friday the lunch truck arrives with a variety of savory food and treats. The one special amenity is the upstairs and downstairs patios, perfect for social mixers.
